Windmills – the 8th International Folk Dance Festival and Workshop – was held on March 21, 2026, at the Baltimore Lithuanian Hall, a historic venue featuring a spacious ballroom and stage. As the director of the folk dance ensemble Mituva and the manager of the Lithuanian Hall, Egle wanted to share this unique space with other cultural communities, many of which lack permanent rehearsal or performance venues.
